Refund policy

If a garment does not suit you or you do not like it, you can always return the goods to us without any problems within 30 days of receipt.

Returning Classic Mask, Script Mask, Lace Mask, Classic Mask set: please note that our face masks cannot be returned for hygienic reasons if the warranty seal is broken.

Please note: All returned items must be in their original condition with all hangtags and labels attached. Final sale items will not be accepted for return.

Return instructions:

1) put the completed return receipt and the product in the package (you can reuse our package)

2) stick the already stamped return sticker (located in the package) visible on the outside on the package.

3) now close the package so that it is not damaged during transportation.

4) return shipment at a post office or the nearest Porstnl location marker (you can find it atlink)

If there is unexpectedly no return receipt in the package or you accidentally threw it away, please contact our customer service: info@noraida.nl

CREDIT NOTE

After the returned item is received by us, we will check the goods and make the refund. The refund will be made within 2-4 weeks after receiving the return shipment.

If you have already paid, we will refund the amount to your bank account, PayPal account or credit card. When buying on invoice, you can reduce the invoice amount accordingly.
